Returns a new OpenTelemetry::SDK::Trace::Tracer instance.

Parameters:

  • name (String) —

    Instrumentation package name

  • version (String) —

    Instrumentation package version

  • tracer_provider (TracerProvider) —

    TracerProvider that initialized the tracer
