Benchmark Tests

The following benchmarks evaluate syslog TCP processing through the OTel Collector (Go) in nightly performance runs:

• SYSLOG-TCP-OTLP (Go Collector) — Syslog messages ingested via TCP through the Go-based OTel Collector, exported using the OTLP protocol.
• SYSLOG-TCP-OTAP (Go Collector) — Syslog messages ingested via TCP through the Go-based OTel Collector, exported using the OTAP protocol.
